สิ่งสำคัญในแผนธุรกิจคือการวิเคราะห์ตลาดและกลุ่มเป้าหมาย การวิเคราะห์ตลาดและกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ดีจะทำให้เราไม่เสียทรัพยากรเงิน แรงงานและเวลาไปกับการขายของให้กับผู้ที่ไม่ใช่ลูกค้า และการทำการตลาดที่มีการทำแบบสอบถามกับลูกค้าจริง ๆ ได้พูดคุยกับลูกค้าจริง ๆ จะทำให้เราเข้าใจลูกค้ามากขึ้น ทำให้รู้ว่าสิ่งที่ลูกค้าต้องการคืออะไร แต่การหา Insight ของลูกค้าอาจไม่ใช่เรื่องง่ายนัก จะต้องใช้เวลาและความเข้าใจค่อย ๆ เก็บเกี่ยวข้อมูลเพื่อไปวิเคราะห์อย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพราะเรื่องของตลาดและกลุ่มลูกค้านั้นเป็นปัจจัยภายนอกที่เราควบคุมไม่ได้ ฉะนั้นมันเป็นสิ่งที่ผู้ประกอบการจะต้องคอยอัปเดตอยู่ตลอดเวลาเพื่อให้ตามสมัยนิยมของลูกค้าครับ
